Products and authenticity
We sell authentic omamori and related items obtained from shrines and temples in Japan. We do not manufacture or replicate omamori. Product descriptions and images are for reference; actual items may vary slightly.
Orders and payment
We accept credit/debit card payments only. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We ship from Japan. Delivery times and costs depend on destination.
Refunds and returns
Our refund and return policy is set out in our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind; exceptions (e.g. damaged or wrong item) are subject to the conditions stated there.
Disclaimer
Omamori are traditional talismans. We make no guarantees regarding spiritual or religious effects. Our site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
