Refund Policy

Due to the nature of omamori (traditional Japanese talismans), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Orders are prepared individually, so returns and cancellations are not accepted as a rule.

Exceptions: damaged, defective, or wrong items

We may offer a refund or replacement only in these cases (subject to review):

  1. Wrong item — you received a different product than ordered.
  2. Damaged — the item arrived broken or damaged.
  3. Defective — the item is defective.

If your item falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

EU customers (14-day withdrawal right)

Depending on your country, EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. This may apply under certain conditions (e.g. unused, unopened). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us if you wish to exercise this right.

Non-delivery

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of approval; actual timing may vary by bank or card issuer.
