Thank you for choosing Omamori Shrine. We ship authentic Japanese omamori from Japan and pack every order carefully for international transit.

1) Shipping Origin

All orders ship from Japan.

2) Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, United States.

Carrier availability and delivery performance can change due to transportation capacity, route disruptions, customs procedures, or local conditions. We may adjust available services accordingly. 3) Shipping Methods (Tracking where available)

We use reliable international postal/courier services from Japan.

Tracking is provided when the destination and the chosen service support it.

Available shipping methods, routing, and estimated delivery windows vary by destination and parcel size, and are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

4) Free Standard Shipping on 2+ Items (Tracking where available)

If you purchase 2 or more items in a single order, we provide:

Free Standard Shipping (Standard only) to all shipping addresses in that order. Tracking is included where available based on the destination and selected service.

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. Express options (e.g., EMS where available) are priced separately and shown at checkout.

5) Important Notes for U.S. Shipments

Orders shipping to the United States are prepared in line with Japan Post guidance and may be routed differently depending on parcel size, contents, and current regulations.

Japan Post has announced that changes in U.S. customs/regulatory requirements can affect acceptance and handling of mail containing goods, including temporary acceptance suspensions or operational changes. Japan Post — U.S.-bound notice

Split shipments (U.S. and certain destinations)

Depending on postal handling, size, and destination constraints, an order may be split into multiple parcels.

Split shipment limit: We generally split an order into up to 2 parcels. If more than 2 parcels are required, we will contact you before dispatch.

No extra shipping fee for split shipments: If we split your order into multiple parcels for operational or postal requirements, we will not charge any additional shipping fees beyond the amount shown at checkout (including $0 for eligible orders).

We will email separate dispatch notifications and tracking details (where available) for each parcel after shipment.

6) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, parcel size, and available shipping services, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on 2+ items (tracking where available)
  • Express Shipping (e.g., EMS where available): Faster delivery option with tracking support in many destinations

7) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays).

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

8) Estimated Delivery Times (Guide Only)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs, holidays, weather, and local carrier conditions.

  • Standard Shipping: ~ 10–26 business days
  • Express Shipping (e.g., EMS where available): ~ 7–14 business days

9) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

10) Customs, Duties, and Handling Fees

Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT), and customs handling fees may apply. These charges are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each omamori is packed with protective materials suitable for international delivery to help ensure safe arrival.
